Whether it be casual or sit down conversations with Robb, you will quickly come to realize the plethora of wisdom that he holds. Although he is not advanced in years, his wisdom and experience is a deep well to draw from and he is always willing to share it with you. He has started guest speaking on occasion at Sanctuary House of Prayer. He is engaging and loves the word. Each time I walk away encouraged and blessed.Robb also sings on one of the Worship with the Word teams and has a willing heart to step in where he is needed in other areas. With a house full of kids and a job that keeps him busy, he will always greet you with a welcoming smile and he always has time to chat and make you feel important even in passing in the hallway.
Robb has worked at YFC for many years and is now Associate Regional Director of the Alpha course in Manitoba. We are blessed to have him part of our community. And though Robb loves the Edmonton Eskimos and the Oilers, I am fortunate to call him my friend and ally in the prayer movement in our city.
My word for you today Robb, I just saw you picking very deep coloured, ripe fruit from a tree. I believe the Lord wants to encourage you and let you know that you have sowed well into fertile ground. What you have sown was not in vain, it will produce fruit in it's season...I believe there is something the Lord will be stirring in your heart in the area of revival for the city, and a harvest of many seeds you have sewn will be ripe and come at that time. You will see the fruit of your labour.
If you see Robb, tell him how awesome he is and consider supporting Robb with encouraging words, prayer and even finances. You could visit Robb's blog at http://lifeonthefrontporch.wordpress.com/
